Quick caption

Speak a note; get a written caption. Speech-to-text happens on the device, and the model only tidies the result — which is why it is fast and cheap.

Report draft

Feed the selected photos' tags, timestamps, coordinates and captions to the model and get a summary plus per-photo captions. The office edits before sending; nothing is sent on your behalf.

Checklist draft

Describe a job — "roof replacement, two storey" — and get a draft checklist to edit.

One thing it deliberately will not do: decide which steps require a photo. That is a decision about how your company works, and a human makes it.
