Archiving a job

Takes it out of the active list. Nothing is deleted — every photo, report and checklist stays exactly as it was, and the job can be reopened at any time. Retention is the point.

Deleting a photo

A soft delete. Trace also repairs everything that pointed at it: if it was the job's cover image, a new cover is promoted; counts are recomputed rather than decremented, so drift cannot accumulate; tag counts come down.

The photo stays attached to any report it appeared in, so restoring it brings it back where it was.

Removing a customer

A tidy-up. Their jobs and photos are untouched.
