Building a report

Open a job, select the photos, and choose Build report. Or start from Reports and add photos afterwards.

Templates

Standard — chronological, one photo per block, with captions, timestamps and coordinates.

Before / after — pairs side by side, with both dates.

Branding

Your logo, company name, address and phone come from Settings and appear on every page. Nothing about the report says Trace.

What always prints

Capture time and, where there is one, the coordinate. Those are the two things that make the document worth anything in a dispute, so they are not optional.
