Inviting your team

Team → Invite. The invitation carries the role, and the role decides which surface they get.

The roles

Owner. Everything, including settings, billing, integrations and access tokens. Usually one or two people.

Office. Review photos, build and send reports, manage jobs, customers and templates. No settings, no tokens.

Field crew. The app, and only the app. Signing in on the web shows them a page pointing at the app rather than a dashboard they have no use for.

Why field crew have no dashboard

Not a limitation — a decision. Every extra surface is something to explain, and the crew's job is to take photographs. Giving them a reporting tool they will never open makes the product harder to adopt, not more capable.

You can change somebody's role at any time from the Team screen.
