Project templates

Starting a job with everything it always needs already on it.
A project template is a starting position. Applying one adds the checklists, pages, tasks and labels a job of that type always gets.
It is a copy, not a link
Once applied, everything is an ordinary row. Editing the template next month cannot rewrite a job that has been running since January, and a crew changing a checklist on site is not editing every future job.
That is a deliberate trade: you give up the ability to push a correction to work in progress, and you get the guarantee that nothing changes underneath somebody mid-job. For documentation, that is the right way round.
