Tags, labels and groups

Tags describe a photo. Before, After, Roof, Damage, Materials. Crews add them while shooting, and they are the fastest way to find something later. Your account is seeded with the vocabulary of your trade on day one.

Labels describe a job's state. Lead, Scheduled, Active, Awaiting parts, Complete. A job can carry several.

Groups put jobs in a folder — a development, a phased contract, one client's estate. One group per job, deliberately: nested membership turns a browsing aid into a taxonomy nobody maintains.
